I believe that this was my BEST experience with not only a dealership but ESPECIALLY the salesman!! I don't think that I have ever dealt with a salesman so knowledgeable and friendly. Greg seemed to know everything about the truck I chose and what is better... he always greets me when I come in for service. In fact, I am very close to coming in (possibly within days or weeks) to buy another car from him! ★★★★★

Since requesting info through the site about a new wrangler I've been emailed no less than 12 times by 4 separate sales reps and can't get any of them to answer pretty simple questions like, "Can I get the radio that comes with a Rubicon but on the Sport?" Instead of getting an answer I just get more solicitation emails. It's pretty simple business. If I were the GM at this dealership I would be very concerned that my team can't answer a couple simple questions for a guy that has the money and really wants to buy a new car. ★

The sales representative Chris Sheehan was professional and efficient. He got me into the Wrangler Sahara that I wanted. I took my Jeep back a couple of weeks after purchase due to a chirping sound from the wheels and the rear window kept popping out of it's track. The service manager, Jeff, ordered a replacement window. I did not receive a call that it had been received by the dealer so after 4 weeks I notified them. The service person I spoke to said Jeff was on vacation and that the window had been sold to another customer. So, he ordered another and said it would be in the following week. On 7/10 a parts representative called to tell me the window had arrived and to pick it up at my convenience. On 7/14/12 I went to the dealer and the person at the parts counter told me that there was no window that had been ordered. I asked that he look again and he did find it and handed me an invoice then directed me to the cashier. I explained that the window was a warranty item and he said he did not deal with that. So he went over to Jeff, the service manager. Jeff, in an annoyed manner, asked me why I went to the parts department and I explained that they had called me to tell me the window was in. He searched the service history and could not find that this item had been ordered. I explained the situation and he asked where the part was. I had the box as I had carried it over from the parts department. He then asked me to take a seat in the service lounge as they had to install it as a warranty replacement. They would get me in right away. 1 hr and 45 min later another service representative came to let me know it was completed. When I went outside to get my Jeep I found that the new window was worse than the original one and asked if I could have the original back and that I'd deal with it another time as I had appointments and needed to get on the road. He told me it had been cut up and boxed for return to its manufacturer. He had no concern that the new window was not acceptable. This dealership is the worst. I have never been treated in such a careless manner and with such disrespect. One would think that in these economic times a car dealer would want to have the utmost level of service to win customers. Well, Safford does for the sale but the service afterward is awful. Don't reward this dealer with you business!! ★★
